This is the Entry Level Plan. It includes 2 routine cleanings per year with a low co-pay. It also includes unlimited exams and x-rays with a very low co-pay. Discounts on all procedures are at a TRUE 20% minimum savings.
LONGEVITY
This is the Standard Level Plan. It includes 2 routine cleanings per year with a more discounted co-pay. It also includes unlimited exams and x-rays at no cost. Discounts on all procedures are at a TRUE 30% minimum savings.

For patients with dental insurance and want to keep their current plan, the LINK plan extends the benefits of their current insurance plans to offer savings after you have met your annual maximum and rebates on exams and x-rays.
